I have gone through many youtube videos on yoga routines and I really like the ones from Tara Stiles, an American model turned yoga instructor. They are clear, easy to follow and not too difficult nor too easy for me. Below are the ones that I practiced today and they can actually go together as a 30+ minutes routine. Enjoy.
